The hotel is conveniently located near various tourist attractions, providing easy access for families with children. the rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. the staff is helpful and provides prompt service. the breakfast offers a wide variety of options, catering to diverse tastes. the hotel also offers a swimming pool and children's play area, ensuring entertainment for the little ones.

There could be some improvement in the overall customer service provided by the staff.

The management and staff were kind. One of the restaurants, raggio di sole, was just a walk down to the apartment.

The hotel is located in a great place that allows you to explore the area easily. They offered transportation services to specific locations which is convenient for getting around. The activities are fun and engaging, you will never be bored.

The staff was not helpful and seemed uninterested in helping me get around the area outside of the provided transportation. The additional charge for air conditioning was unreasonable and put a damper on my stay.

The staff offered a shuttle service to nearby destinations. the hotel had a convenient location and was close to restaurants and shopping. the room had a fridge, which was helpful to keep drinks and snacks cold.

The staff was not very friendly and seemed only interested in making money. They were not willing to provide assistance for car rentals outside of the company they partnered with.
